Free Basic Health Care for
Uninsured Adults over 18 years
Every Saturday, from 10 am until 2 pm We will provide free limited medical care to adults who have immediate medical needs but no insurance and are not recieving any aid (Public, Medicare,Mediaid etc..)
No appointment necessary
(except holiday weekends)
406 North Main at the First Presbyterian Church
(one block north of the Coronado Theatre in downtown Rockford)
Volunteer doctors and nurses are there to give free basic health care...
and referrals for more intensive care if needed.
